UI/UX Architect

We are looking for a UI/UX Architect with 15+ years of experience in UX and product design architecture. This role requires expertise in designing complex systems, particularly within the retail or supply chain management space. Location: Warsaw, Poland (Remote candidates considered)

Experience: 15+ years

Business Travel: Occasional trips to Germany (expenses covered)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research analysis.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to improve usability.
• Define the project scope and roadmap while aligning with business objectives.
• Design information architecture, UX wireframes, and low/high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement user-centric solutions.
• Develop high-fidelity mock-ups for developers using various design systems.
• Ensure data visualization and analytics principles are applied effectively in reporting tools and dashboards.
• Mentor and manage other designers, fostering a culture of UX excellence.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Proven track record in front-end design collaboration (MUI, AG-Grid experience is a plus).
• Ability to create responsive, visually appealing, and intuitive web applications.
• Hands-on experience in preparing high-fidelity UI mock-ups for developers.
