Senior UX Designer

For one of our clients (financial and consulting company), we are looking for an experienced specialist - Senior UX Designer. 

Working hours: 09-17 CET (the possibility of later calls appearing from time to time). 

Job type: fully remote. 

The project is from the tax industry. The client is international - from the US. 

Employment through a B2B contract. 

Fluency in Polish is a mandatory requirement!

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing complex web applications, enterprise software, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Strong experience with design systems and maintaining consistent UI patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering intuitive and user-friendly solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.

Responsibilities:

User Research & Insights:

• Lead user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Analyze user behavior, pain points, and needs to inform design decisions.
• Develop user personas, customer journeys, and empathy maps to drive design strategies.

Design Strategy & Planning:

• Define and implement a UX strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design ideas.

UI/UX Design Execution:

• Design responsive web applications, SaaS platforms, and complex data-driven interfaces.
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
• Apply accessibility (WCAG) standards and best practices to ensure inclusive design.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to align on priorities.
• Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
• Present design concepts and solutions to leadership teams with clear rationales.

Testing & Iteration:

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to deliver high-fidelity prototypes.
• Continuously improve designs based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
