Testing Lead – Mobile App (.NET MAUI)

Work mode: Remote within EU (participation in stakeholder meetings and workshops, including travel to Germany 1–2 times per month)

About the role

We are looking for a Testing Lead to define and execute the testing strategy for a cross-platform mobile application developed with .NET MAUI. You will ensure the highest quality standards, compliance with medical regulations, and a seamless user experience. This role involves close collaboration with developers, UX designers, and product teams for delivering a robust and reliable solution for a client from the medical care sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for a mobile app built from scratch.

• Collaborate with .NET MAUI developers to integrate testing into the development lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with medical industry standards and data security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.

• Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops (including travel to Germany 1–2 times per month).
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in a lead role.

• Strong knowledge of mobile application testing (iOS and Android).

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium, or similar).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.

• English proficiency at C1 level.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in medical or healthcare projects.

• Knowledge of .NET MAUI or other cross-platform frameworks.

• German language skills.
