Dear Consultant,

We are looking for Test manager- Control M Scheduling on behalf of our client to join our Digital Business Automation function.

Job Title: Testing Manager- Automation Job Scheduling

About the Project: The Digital Business Automation team is a global function within Enterprise Infrastructure, responsible for defining and implementing strategies for several critical products across the organization. The team ensures the availability, recoverability, and security of these products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Testing as a practice across the technologies in our Platform.
• Drive the Testing strategy and ensure quality in every phase of the development and deployment lifecycle.
• Solve engineering problems related to testing and quality assurance.
• Develop scalable testing processes and practices.
• Build relationships with Product Owners, technical leads, and the wider testing community.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Testing background in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Strategic planning and automation tooling experience.
• Proficiency in various types of testing (unit, performance, regression).
• Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English language speaking and writing skills.
• Experience working with global teams across geographies and cultures.

Optional/Nice to Have:

• Understanding of workload automation or scheduling tooling.
• Understanding of Managed File Transfer systems.
