Technical Program Manager

What you’ll do:

• Lead large, complex software programs for international clients, from initiation through full delivery, with end-to-end accountability for outcomes.

• Define and own program governance, including decision-making structures, escalation paths, and reporting frameworks.

• Oversee multi-stream program delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved within timelines, scope, and budget.

• Manage dependencies and alignment across internal delivery teams and external partners.

• Proactively identify program-level risks, define mitigation strategies, and drive corrective actions.

• Establish and execute structured change management processes, ensuring traceability between requirements, scope, budget, and contracts.

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.

• Mentor and support Delivery Managers, ensuring alignment with program goals and standards.

• Build and lead effective program teams, fostering transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery.

Your profile:

• Proven experience leading large-scale IT or software programs (multi-year, multi-million EUR budgets) with full delivery and budget accountability.

• Experience managing distributed, multinational teams and collaborating with external vendors or partners.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills in complex stakeholder environments.

• High level of ownership and decisiveness, able to operate independently and make informed trade-offs.

• Pragmatic, problem-solving mindset focused on outcomes rather than process for its own sake.

• Practical knowledge of program and delivery frameworks (PMP, SAFe – certifications are a plus, not required).

• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC) and modern software engineering practices.

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Requirements:

• Work from Poland with a valid work permit.
