Technical Leader – Mobile App Development (.NET MAUI)

Work mode: Remote within EU (participation in stakeholder meetings and workshops, including travel to Germany 1–2 times per month)About the role

We are looking for a Technical Leader to oversee the technical direction and architecture of a cross-platform mobile application developed with .NET MAUI. You will lead a team of developers, ensure best practices, and collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver a secure, scalable, and high-quality solution for a client from the medical care sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the technical architecture for a mobile app built from scratch.

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET MAUI developers.

• Ensure compliance with medical industry standards and data security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

• Collaborate with UX Lead, QA, and product teams to align technical and business goals.

• Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Participate in stakeholder meetings and technical workshops (including travel to Germany 1–2 times per month).
  

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong expertise in .NET MAUI, C#, and cross-platform mobile development.

• Proven experience in architecture design and delivering mobile applications from scratch.

• English proficiency at C1 level.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in medical or healthcare projects.

• Knowledge of Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

• German language skills.
