Tech Lead (Full-Stack: .NET + React + Azure) – Poland (Remote) HX

We are hiring a Tech Lead with strong full-stack experience across .NET, React, and Azure to lead technical delivery, solution design, and engineering best practices for enterprise-grade applications. Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and hands-on development of .NET + React applications deployed on Azure.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and operations to deliver production-ready software on aggressive schedules.

• Define and enforce engineering best practices, including coding standards, CI/CD, automated testing, security, and observability.

• Mentor engineers, support technical decision-making, and contribute to resource planning and delivery estimates.

• Participate in client-facing technical discussions and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications.

• Strong expertise in .NET (Core/.NET 6+), C#, APIs, microservices.

• Solid React experience: hooks, state management, component design, modern tooling.

• Hands-on experience with Azure services:

  • App Services / AKS

  • Azure Functions

  • Azure SQL / Cosmos DB

  • Azure AD / Azure B2C

  • Azure DevOps Pipelines

• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging (Service Bus, Event Grid).

• Prior consulting or professional services experience.

• Familiarity with security and compliance standards.
