Senior Windows Kubernetes Engineer / Hybrid Krakow

We are seeking experienced Windows System Engineers with strong expertise in Windows internals, kernel debugging, and Kubernetes environments. The role focuses on debugging kernel-level issues, improving CI/CD pipelines, automating Windows image delivery, and enabling new features for containerized Windows workloads. Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Windows components (PowerShell/Shell).

• Optimize automation scripts and expand test coverage.

• Improve security and compliance of automated Windows images.

• Perform advanced kernel debugging and diagnose system-level issues.

• Contribute to feature qualification for New Product Introductions (NPI).

• Contribute to upstream Kubernetes (if required).

• Document findings, fixes, and root-cause insights for engineering teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Windows internals and system engineering.

• Strong expertise in kernel debugging, crash dump analysis, WinDbg.

• Deep understanding of Windows kernel, storage stack, and system behaviour.

• Hands-on experience integrating Windows workloads with Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with the CNI model on Windows.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with GCP / GKE

• Linux fundamentals

• Strong PowerShell + Shell scripting

• Experience contributing to K8s OSS
