Senior UX Designer (B3)

Dear Consultant,

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer (B3) to work on an impactful project with our multinational client head quartered in Germany in the FMCG sector. This role involves developing and maintaining cutting-edge user interfaces for web applications using React.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, improve application performance, and ensure seamless user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with a strong focus on React.js workflows and modern front-end development practices.

Location: Preferred Warsaw, Poland (Remote work is acceptable, but occasional visits to the Warsaw office are required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user interfaces for web applications using React.js.
• Design and implement new features in collaboration with other developers and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs to improve application performance.
• Write and maintain clean, well-organized, and reusable code.
• Utilize popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux to create scalable solutions.
• Ensure modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Tokens (JWT) are implemented effectively.
• Stay updated with modern front-end build pipelines and tools to streamline development.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience developing React.js web applications.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining web interfaces with React.js.
• Hands-on experience with React.js workflows like Flux or Redux.
• Strong debugging skills with experience in optimizing application performance.
• In-depth knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms like JWT.
• Familiarity with front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-friendly designs.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in retail or supply chain management systems is an advantage.
• Exposure to mentoring and guiding junior designers or developers.
• Familiarity with design tools and processes to bridge UX and UI effectively.
