We are looking for a passionate and talented UI/UX Designer for one of our clients, a company leading the future of biotech digital solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to craft visually compelling user experiences for cutting-edge digital products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product design
• A professional portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms
• Expertise in designing functional, user-friendly experiences in complex business environments
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles 
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Familiarity with change management principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP, SaaS products
• Experience with designing for the healthcare industry (preferably the pharmaceutical industry)
• Background in designing enterprise-level applications
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behaviors, needs, and challenges
• Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final implementation
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and both low- and high-fidelity mockups 
• Plan and execute testing sessions, gather user feedback, and refine designs accordingly
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility
• Assist in communicating design changes and managing transitions to new interfaces and experiences
• Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including user personas and journey maps
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder discussions to gather insights
