Rate: 1.000 to 1.050 PLN/day

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join a prestigious financial services firm in Warsaw. You will work on enhancing complex web applications used to manage liquidity, focusing on improving existing screens and designing new ones to ensure that critical information is conveyed in a clear and intuitive way.

This is an onsite role based in our Warsaw office, with occasional flexibility for remote work. You will collaborate closely with a team of operations and engineering professionals, fostering a culture of in-person collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and end users to understand workflows and requirements.
• Propose enhancements to existing screens to improve usability.
• Design new screens from scratch, ensuring they are user-friendly and visually clear.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong ability to translate complex business metrics into user-centric digital experiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail in design.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience in financial services or a related field is highly preferred.
