Senior Test Lead – Functional Testing

Location: Poland (Hybrid/Onsite depending on project needs)

Start Date: Immediate

Language: English (Polish a plus)

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in functional and technical discussions with clients and teams to review specifications, highlight performance concerns, and prepare/maintain automated test scripts.

2. Develop and enhance automated tests aligned with new system features and improvements.

3. Create effective work plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of test activities.

4. Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks and strategies.

5. Manage test data, track execution, and prepare status reports to mitigate risks.

6. Mentor and guide QA engineers in using frameworks and improving technical skills.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of functional testing methodologies.

• Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG).

• Solid experience in developing test plans, strategies, and frameworks.

• Familiarity with performance testing tools and practices.

• Knowledge of database testing and data validation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

• ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation or higher).

• Test Automation certifications (e.g., Certified Selenium Tester).
