Senior Red Hat Linux Infrastructure Consultant – Enhanced Operations

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Consultant to join our Enhanced Operations Services team. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical expert, supporting selected enterprise customers during critical phases such as escalations, migrations, and go-live activities.

You will work with complex, high-availability environments and play a key role in ensuring stability, performance, and operational excellence across mission-critical infrastructure.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role requiring strong technical depth, problem-solving capabilities, and the confidence to operate in high-pressure production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced operational support for enterprise customers

• Lead and support critical technical escalations (L3/L4 level)

• Participate in and support infrastructure migrations and go-live activities

• Provide proactive recommendations to improve stability, performance, and resilience

• Troubleshoot complex Linux-based and clustered environments

• Collaborate with internal engineering and architecture teams

• Share technical insights and best practices to enable and upskill the broader team

• Contribute to documentation, operational standards, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–10+ years of experience in Infrastructure / Systems Engineering

• Strong hands-on expertise with Red Hat Linux (RHEL) in enterprise environments

• Experience supporting high-availability and clustered systems

• Solid troubleshooting skills in production environments

• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Strong understanding of networking, storage, and system performance tuning

• Experience working directly with enterprise customers

• Ability to handle high-severity incidents under pressure

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise clustering solutions (e.g., Veritas InfoScale or similar)

• Knowledge of virtualization platforms

• Exposure to container orchestration (Kubernetes)

• ITIL or service management experience
