Overview

Our team is growing and is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our development team in building world-class Lottery products.

The ideal candidate will have R&D experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead product R&D stream and execute the planned roadmap.

• Analyze roadmap status and, when necessary, revise the scope and schedule to ensure requirements are met.

• Coordinate backlog dependencies among multiple scrum teams.

• Follow the status of each feature, addressing ownership with other groups (Product Management, Architecture, external development teams).

• Work closely with requirements engineers to estimate and develop quality products.

• Report roadmap execution outcomes and/or risks to management and escalate issues as necessary.

• Coordinate the schedule of product releases with Project Managers and Service Managers involved in customer projects.

• Promote high quality and timely completion of projects.

• Work with onsite and remote teams.

• Strive for continuous improvement in efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Preferred:

• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.

• Experience in working with multiple scrum teams.

• Experience in developing high-throughput web solutions.

• Must be able to pass a security investigation.
