Senior / Middle Full Stack Engineer | fluent German

About the role:

As a Senior / Middle Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project supporting the operational reliability and long-term evolution of a custom invoicing solution built on Oracle Forms, with plans to eliminate legacy components by 2030. You will be working closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master, and two other teams. The teams work together and follow the SAFe agile method. Your role will be pivotal in all stages of the development lifecycle, from architecting solutions and making key technical decisions to mentoring team members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable features.

Responsibilities:

·  Support and ensure the operational reliability of the invoicing solution

·  Design and implement scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems for applications

·  Drive technical decisions and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

·  Collaborate closely with Product and Design to translate business requirements into technical solutions

·  Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement

·  Mentor and guide team members to foster technical excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:

·  5+ (for Senior) / 3+ years (for Middle) of professional experience in full-stack web development

·  Strong knowledge of Java / Spring with experience in REST API, jUnit, Swagger, XML/JSON, and tools such as IntelliJ, Jenkins, and Git; Kafka

·  Angular, including TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Node.js

·  Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB; 

·  Experience of PL/SQL, Oracle DB (2+ years of exp)

·  Experience with Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum, and tools like Jira / Confluence

·  Fluent German (B2/C1) in a professional context

·  Upper-intermediate or higher level of English

Desirable:

·  Experience with Docker / Kubernetes / AWS for deployment and cloud-native applications

·  Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana / Splunk

·  Experience with test automation using Robot Framework
