Senior Java Full-Stack Developer

📍 Hybrid | 1 day/week from Warsaw or Gdańsk

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full-stack solutions using Java and modern frameworks

• Build and evolve microservices-based architectures

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services

• Work with relational databases and ensure optimal performance

• Implement logging and metrics instrumentation to enable real-time monitoring and troubleshooting

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional, distributed teams in an Agile environment

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and help shape scalable, reliable architectures

• Share knowledge, mentor others, and actively participate in technical discussions

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and JEE technologies

• Solid front-end skills with React or Angular and JavaScript

• Experience with Node.js and shell scripting

• Good understanding of Microservices architecture

• Experience working with REST APIs and relational databases

• Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments

• Experience with Git and Bitbucket

• Strong understanding of Agile development practices

• Proven experience working with remote, international teams

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience designing solutions with CI/CD in mind

• Leadership mindset and the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
