Senior Demand Manager (New Relic)

We are urgently seeking a Senior Demand Manager with strong experience in the Observability space to support a major enterprise client. This role focuses on onboarding operating companies (OpCos) and business functions into the New Relic observability ecosystem, enabling improved monitoring and performance visibility across a complex IT landscape.

Location: Poland (Krakow preferred or willing to travel 3–4 times per year)

Key Responsibilities:

Quickly understand the client’s existing observability and IT infrastructure landscape

Lead demand management activities related to New Relic adoption across various business functions and operating companies

Act as the primary liaison between engineering, IT operations, and business units for observability onboarding

Coordinate and manage onboarding plans, expectations, and timelines

Provide strategic insights and feedback to optimize observability practices across the organization

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration and alignment with monitoring standards

Key Requirements:

Strong background in observability platforms, preferably with hands-on or demand management experience in New Relic

Proven experience in demand management, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration

Ability to ramp up quickly and navigate complex enterprise environments

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Located in Poland (ideally Krakow) or able to travel to Krakow 3–4 times per year

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to large-scale IT environments, preferably in telecom or enterprise technology sectors

Familiarity with other observability or APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog) is a plus
