Business Analyst – CPQ / CPQO Implementation & Transformation

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Analyst with strong expertise in CPQ/CPQO solutions, enterprise system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions, leading vendor selection processes, and bridging business requirements with technical implementation teams.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end Quote-to-Order processes across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CPQ/CPQO solution delivery and implementation initiatives

• Drive RFP/RFI processes, including vendor evaluation and selection

• Conduct business analysis activities, stakeholder workshops, and requirement gathering sessions

• Define and document functional, non-functional, and integration requirements

• Create process maps, data flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Design cross-system integrations between CPQ, ERP, CRM, OMS, and middleware platforms

• Support enterprise architecture and legacy system transition planning

• Collaborate directly with implementation vendors during low-level design phases

• Review and validate vendor deliverables, including integration specifications, data models, and configuration rules

• Ensure alignment between business processes, technical solutions, and enterprise architecture standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments

• Strong expertise in CPQ/CPQO platforms such as Tacton, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Configit, or similar

• Solid understanding of configuration logic, pricing models, quoting processes, and Quote-to-Order workflows

• Hands-on experience managing RFP/RFI and vendor selection processes

• Strong knowledge of system integrations and data mapping across enterprise applications

• Experience working with ERP, CRM, OMS, and middleware systems

• Understanding of master data management, data migration, and legacy transformation strategies

• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional specifications

• Experience collaborating with vendors and technical teams during implementation and design phases

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working in large-scale digital transformation programs

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns

• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies

• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, or complex product environments
