Scrum Master

We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Corporate Treasury engineering team in Warsaw. This cross-regional team collaborates across Poland, the United States, and Asia, making it essential for the ideal candidate to have experience in successfully introducing agile practices to teams that are newer to these methodologies.

📍 Location: Warsaw (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

💰 Rate: 900-1.100 PLN/day

Responsibilities:

• Implement Agile methodologies for 2-3 cross-regional scrum teams
• Lead and reinforce best practices in project management and software development
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and strong collaboration
• Maintain clear, timely communication with project stakeholders
• Prepare and present status reports and burndown charts for senior management

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, complex environments
• Background in the finance industry
