SAP Functional SME – QM/EWM (Remote, Poland | German Speaking) Remote

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional SME with a strong background in Quality Management (QM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and CSV compliance to support a pharmaceutical client in the build, configuration, and testing of WRICEFs. Location: Remote, Poland-based (must be fluent in German)

Engagement: B2B Contract

Industry: Pharmaceutical | Methodology: Agile / Focused Build

Language Requirement: Fluent German & English

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and document SAP EWM-QM integration concepts, especially with decentralized EWM and 3PL interface (SAP LE-IDW)
2. Prepare functional specifications (FS), system design documents, and align with stakeholders
3. Manage and contribute to Focused Build methodology in SAP Solution Manager
4. Handle CSV-compliant documentation and ensure formal system approvals
5. Collaborate with developers on WRICEF items – especially custom enhancements
6. Identify and execute test cases (unit, screening, SAT) and support business testing
7. Perform relevant system configurations using predefined guides
8. Work closely within Agile teams including PO, Scrum Master, developers, and functional leads

Required Experience:

1. Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Template projects (S/4HANA)
2. Strong knowledge of SAP QM, EWM (decentralized), and QM-3PL interfaces
3. Prior experience with CSV documentation, pharma projects, and regulated environments
4. Solid understanding of SAP material inspection processes and LIMS integration
5. German fluency is mandatory due to client collaboration and documentation requirements
