🛠️ What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate strategic IT & cloud infrastructure projects — from planning to execution.
• Maintain project visibility using SAP Cloud ALM.
• Build reports with SAP Analytics Cloud (no dev skills needed!).
• Support and moderate stakeholder meetings, take minutes, and manage sprint planning.
• Oversee ticket management, ensuring requirements are sharp and dependencies mapped.
• Perform quality checks on infrastructure integration efforts.
• Keep documentation clean, current, and business-relevant.
• Track project progress, flag risks, and support strategic decision-making.
• Help showcase project wins through impact reporting and presentation support.

✅ What you bring:

• Solid project management or coordination experience.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and IT governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Analytics Cloud (or a willingness to learn fast!).
• Sharp analytical skills to spot risks and evaluate progress.
• Strong communication & moderation abilities – especially across global teams.
• Detail-driven mindset for documentation, glossary upkeep, and reporting.
