Robotics Automation Engineer

Dear Consultant,

We are seeking experienced Robotics Automation Engineers to join our multinational clients ongoing automation project in Poland. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automations for SharePoint, legacy systems, APIs, and ServiceNow using RPA and Microsoft technologies. Location: Poland (Hybrid / Remote)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust, maintainable automations using C#, Blue Prism, and Power Automate.

• Contribute to and manage a library of reusable components for SharePoint, Legacy Systems, and APIs.

• Design, implement, and support automation operations pipelines, including job monitoring and alerting.

• Integrate automations with ServiceNow for ticketing, orchestration, and lifecycle events.

Roles & Responsibilities Post-Joining

• Participate in peer reviews, coding standards, and agile ceremonies with global teams.

• Assist with incident handling and long-term maintenance of deployed bots.

• Work with business analysts and innovation leads to assess new use cases, particularly in voice and IT operations domains.

• Collaborate with internal teams across regions to ensure robust handovers and knowledge continuity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of integration experience.
