Release Train Manager (RTM)

We are looking for a seasoned Release Train Manager (RTM) to drive Agile delivery excellence across multiple teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Poland, Eastern Europe, UK, Romania, or Bulgaria)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver value across large-scale programs

Facilitate PI Planning and other essential ART ceremonies

Coach Agile teams on best practices and continuous improvement

Manage stakeholder expectations, program risks, and delivery milestones

Remove roadblocks, track dependencies, and ensure successful Program Increments

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Release Train Manager in SAFe/Agile environments

Strong understanding of Agile principles and scaled frameworks (e.g., SAFe)

Experience in program coordination, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management

Excellent facilitation, leadership, and communication skills
