About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and test suites for web and API applications. If you have strong Java skills, a passion for automation, and experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit)

• Implement API automation using RestAssured, Postman, or similar tools

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and create robust test plans

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web and API services

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution

• Ensure test coverage and maintain high-quality standards across releases

• Continuously improve testing processes and automation strategies

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–12 years of experience in QA and automation

• Strong Java programming skills

• Hands-on experience with API automation (RestAssured, Postman, or similar)

• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

• Solid understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing

• Ability to work effectively in Agile teams

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance and load testing

• Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes for test environments

• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Gherkin)
