As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with developers and product managers to ensure quality is integrated at every stage of the development process. This includes designing and building automated tests for upcoming features and protecting against regression using Playwright, teaching other QA engineers how to effectively write good quality automated tests, and providing recommendations on how the tests should be structured to enable fast delivery in the AI assisted coding world. Part of your job will be to design strategies to test non-deterministic algorithms using Large Language Models. These tests will act as our safety net, allowing us to deploy confidently and efficiently and enabling us to move fast..
What You’ll Do?
Establish and evolve automated tests ensuring a high level of quality and velocity while developing new Stonly features
Occasionally prepare test plans and run manual tests for any new and/or critical features before release where test automation is not justified
Help training the team on QA Automation
Reproduce and identify the origin of reported issues and protect against them with automated tests
Help design and configure automated testing frameworks and systems, enabling teams to deliver high quality software fast
Provide feedback on the product experience and possible improvements
Advise on good delivery practices in high paced environments
We would love to work with you if
You are fluent in English
You have 2+ years of relevant experience in automated testing in Playwright or similar technologies
You have experience optimizing software delivery to increase speed of delivery without sacrificing quality
You know web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
You are detail-oriented and have a curious mind
You have excellent communication skills
You enjoy working with people and consider yourself a team player
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points):
Experience setting up and managing automated tests infrastructure
Experience in fast-paced startup environment releasing many times per day
Experience in delivery manager or similar role

What does our recruitment process look like?
You will first have a chat with Aneta our Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min)
You’ll then have a general meeting with Kuba our VP of Engineering (60 min)
You’ll then work on a task and discuss it with Kuba, Nastia (QA Engineer) and Michał (Engineering Manager) during the technical meeting (1,5 h)
You’ll then have a conversation with Alexis (CEO and co-founder) (30min)
