PSA Engineer (Distribution_ADMS)

We are currently hiring 10 experienced PSA Engineers to join our multinational clients team, working on cutting-edge ADMS & AEMS solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multinational environment where you’ll support and optimize mission-critical distribution management systems used across Europe and beyond.

We are open to both B2B contractors and permanent employees, based anywhere in Europe or the UK (with preference for Romania). Role Overview

As a PSA Engineer – Distribution_ADMS, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting and maintaining ADMS applications (SCADA, DMS, OMS).

• Troubleshooting defects and ensuring smooth performance of ADMS platforms.

• Running and analyzing scripts for FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing).

• Managing ADMS replication groups to guarantee data consistency and synchronization.

• Implementing best practices for replication, high availability, disaster recovery, and data integrity.

• Monitoring replication performance and resolving issues proactively.

What We’re Looking For (Primary Skills)

• Hands-on experience with ADMS applications (SCADA, DMS, OMS, etc.).

• Strong troubleshooting and defect management expertise.

• Knowledge of FAT/SAT testing and defect categorization.

• Experience configuring and managing ADMS replication groups.

• Deep understanding of replication best practices (HA, DR, data integrity).

• Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize replication performance.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Secondary)

• Direct experience installing, maintaining, or supporting ADMS products such as DMS Applications, DNAF, OMS, Storm Assist, DER.

• Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize ADMS solutions.

• Strong collaboration skills to align ADMS solutions with organizational goals.
