Product Specialist – Vegetable Seeds

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Specialist to support our vegetable seeds division. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between product development and commercial operations, ensuring the successful positioning and performance of our crop varieties in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop deep expertise in vegetable crops and build strong customer-focused collaborations.

• Translate grower and market needs into actionable technical recommendations to improve crop production and consumer outcomes.

• Lead technical input during product development and support promotional activities for new and existing varieties.

• Manage trial placement, experimental design, and data collection/analysis to evaluate hybrid performance.

• Deliver comprehensive technical overviews and competitive positioning for product varieties.

• Support commercial teams in resolving customer complaints by providing technical insights.

• Ensure effective knowledge transfer during product launches and key campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in vegetable crop trials, agronomy, or seed product development.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and communicate findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in handling technical complaints and market positioning of hybrids.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with a customer-oriented approach.
