Product Owner (AI & Financial Products)

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation. In this role, you’ll define the product vision, build and prioritize the roadmap, and ensure the development team is laser-focused on delivering features that create real value for clients.

As the voice of the client, you’ll translate business needs into clear requirements, balancing technical feasibility with market demands. Your decisions will guide cross-functional teams, helping shape cutting-edge products in the banking & financial services sector, with an eye on AI-driven innovation.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Define and communicate the product vision & strategy

• Build and prioritize product backlogs based on client needs and business value

• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams

• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and transparency

• Refine the roadmap with continuous stakeholder feedback

• Conduct market research & competitive analysis to inform product direction

• Balance technical feasibility with business goals when making trade-offs

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery → roadmap → delivery → feedback → improvement

• Focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and user satisfaction

• 10+ years of experience working across multiple teams and functions

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Proven experience managing complex backlogs & product roadmaps

• Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodology & software development lifecycle

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels

• Experience turning business requirements into robust technical solutions

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Office, Copilot)

• Familiarity with GitLab & SQL

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Rate: 1.300-1.500 PLN per day
