Product Owner – Alliance R-OBD (Euro7 / Battery Passport) (IN/PL/TY)

We are seeking a Product Owner to support Alliance R-OBD projects (Euro7 / Battery Passport) within Toyota. The role will bridge business and technology teams, ensuring requirements, dependencies, and schedules are aligned across divisions while driving delivery in line with Alliance objectives. Location: Wrocław, Poland –

Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)

Type: Contract (6 months to start, extension possible)

Start Date: Immediate

Language: English (Polish a plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as PO for Alliance R-OBD (Euro7/Battery Passport), ensuring direction aligns with clients where possible, and differentiates where necessary.

• Actively participate in cross-functional meetings, creating strong working relationships across CT and other divisions.

• Define and align technical requirements and dependencies across divisions with focus on Alliance projects.

• Define and align business requirements for Alliance projects.

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed schedules for Alliance projects.

• Create and maintain project documentation for Alliance R-OBD initiatives.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 7+ years’ experience in Product Owner or Business Analyst roles.

• Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration within global organizations.

• Proven ability to define and document requirements (both business and technical).

• Strong background in automotive or manufacturing projects is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Agile/Scrum exposure preferred.
