Principal React Developer

📍 Kraków (hybrid – 3 days in the office)

We are looking for a Principal React Developer to join the Rates & Credit Client and Trading Applications team.

You will help build and evolve front-office sales and trading tools on Project Neo — a modern, microservices-based platform powering sales, trading, and client-facing applications.

Project Neo leverages cutting-edge technologies including React, TypeScript, PNPM, Java, Spring Boot, and automated scalable deployment solutions.

This is a high-impact role where engineering excellence directly supports trading and sales decision-making in a fast-moving capital markets environment.

👥 Your Team

You will join the Rates Credit Client & Trading Apps pod:

• 20 engineers within a crew of 100+ developers

• Working across platforms supporting the broader Rates & Credit business

• Delivering mission-critical applications for:

  • Order management

  • Quoting

  • Trade booking

  • Sales & trading decision-support

Expect close collaboration with backend engineers, product stakeholders, and business users in a front-office environment.

🔹 Core Requirements

• Strong architectural design and scalability skills

• Deep understanding of performance engineering in front-end applications

• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and deep knowledge of React internals

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

🔹 Nice to Have

• Experience with infrastructure automation and internal tooling

• Knowledge of: Ag Grid, LESS, Webpack, Node.js, PNPM

• Understanding of:

  • Functional programming & OOP

  • Real-time data streaming

  • Messaging systems

  • CI automation

• Investment banking or capital markets domain knowledge
