Pega Framework Developer – German (B2) | Remote from Poland

As a core member of the Payment Processing and Ordering Application Team, you will be responsible for developing the high-level generic application that orchestrates over 100 different funding services. This role is highly technical, focusing on the architecture of "extension points" for specialized modules and ensuring that all financial disbursements comply with the strict cash security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Framework Engineering: Develop generic applications for benefit disbursement, including retroactive calculations, debit positions, and payment returns.

• System Integration: Build and configure the Generic PEGA-SSM Integration Module to ensure seamless data flow with SAP Social Service Management.

• Financial Logic: Implement complex financial modules such as Configurable Fund Commitments and Account Assignment Data.

• Quality & Security: Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 9126 for software stability and

  maintain strict adherence to architectural guidelines.

Requirements:

• PEGA Mastery: At least 3 years of specialized experience in PEGA development, specifically in building generic applications with extension points for functional specialization

• Financial IT Expertise: Proven experience with cash security requirements, back payments, and budget commitments within a Pega/SAP environment

• Technical Stack: Advanced knowledge of Java (JEE), XML, and ABAP OO

• Proficiency in Pega Deployment Manager for CI/CD and automated testing.

• In-depth understanding of Accessibility standards (BITV 2.0 / WCAG 2.0)

• Security Clearance: Mandatory Ü2 security clearance (existing or willingness to undergo the process).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UX Design and the Pega Constellation framework.

• Knowledge of RPA, BOT, or BPE technologies.

• Understanding of ITIL processes for release and configuration management.
