Oracle CPQ Architect - Hybrid Poland (MP/Vl)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ Architect to define and lead the end-to-end architecture of complex CPQ and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) environments. You will design scalable CPQ solutions, drive integrations with key enterprise systems, and lead technical direction across multiple teams. Responsibilities

• Define and design overall Oracle CPQ architecture: data models, rules, pricing engines, workflows

• Lead CPQ implementations, enhancements, and large-scale transformation programs

• Create scalable product configuration models and pricing logic

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical solution designs

• Oversee technical quality of configurations and customizations

• Integrate CPQ with CRM, ERP, Billing, eCommerce, Inventory, Contract Management

• Ensure data accuracy across end-to-end QTC processes

• Establish development standards, coding practices, documentation

• Evaluate new CPQ releases, features, and improvement opportunities

• Work with Sales Ops, Product, Finance, IT, and leadership teams

• Provide technical guidance, training, and knowledge transfer

Requirements

• 10+ years experience with Oracle CPQ

• 4+ years in an Architect/Lead role

• Deep understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes

• Strong technical skills: JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, data modelling

• Experience designing complex configuration rules, pricing logic, discount strategies, approval workflows

• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement
