Oracle APEX Developer

We are looking for an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to join our team in Poland, focusing on database automation, application support, and performance optimization in enterprise Oracle environments. You will work with Exadata Cloud, Oracle RAC, and automation platforms to improve reliability, eliminate manual tasks, and support application teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop automation platforms and modules to support database operations and eliminate repetitive tasks.

• Analyse incidents, identify root causes, and update platforms and automation to prevent recurrence.

• Provide L3 database support for Oracle Exadata Cloud, RAC, and autonomous database environments.

• Assist application development teams in product selection, performance tuning, and automation.

• Design and maintain database models and architecture, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Develop scripts and automation tools using PL/SQL, Bash/KSH, Python, Ansible, and other technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA / Developer, including Oracle 11g, 12c, 18c, 19c, preferably certified (OCM).

• Hands-on expertise with Exadata infrastructure and Exadata Cloud @ Customer.

• Strong PL/SQL development and Oracle performance tuning skills.

• Experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, Dataguard, RMAN, Datapump, and backup/recovery processes.

• Knowledge of Oracle APEX, ORDS, and RESTful APIs.

• Proficient in shell scripting (Bash/KSH) and automation (Python, Ansible).

• Experience with Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of enterprise storage, network, server concepts, and ITIL framework.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Very good written and spoken English, German is a plus.
