OMP Supply Chain Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced OMP Supply Chain Technical Consultant for a B2B remote role based in Poland. This is a 2-year contract with an opportunity to work on a global-scale project in the FMCG industry.If you are interested , please send CV to marcillina.tietjen@dcvtechnologies.co.uk.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Hands-on working knowledge & experience with OMP Demand and Supply Planning.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for clients, senior leadership, and executive-level audiences.
• Understand user requirements & pain points, collaborating with stakeholders as a business integration consultant on product functionality & architecture.
• Influence stakeholders, demonstrate impact, and effectively manage pressure situations.
• Ensure 100% integrity of business processes & data.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of OMP experience with strong supply chain planning domain knowledge (certifications are a plus).
• Experience in OMP planning applications configuration & customization (Demand & Supply Planning).
• 3-5 years of functional and systems development experience, primarily in OMP implementation & support.
• Strong understanding of master & transactional data needed for Demand & Supply Planning.
• Lead business process analysis, design, validation, and deployment phases of projects.
• Develop and test functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens.
• Design business workflows & process documentation for seamless application integration.
• Act as a functional liaison, contributing to meetings with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and key executives.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to develop transition interfaces & integration solutions.
• Provide user training & technical knowledge transfer during different project phases (pre-implementation, go-live, and post-go-live).

Preferred Skills & Technologies:

• Solvers, OPAL, Configuration (a strong plus).
• Integration with SAP ERP & SAP APO (a strong plus).
• Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Project estimation & independent work capabilities.
• European time zone preferred, but offshore candidates may also be considered.
