OMP Consultant – Hybrid (Warsaw) / Remote (EU, B2B)

Dear Consultant,

Our multinational client is seeking an experienced OMP Consultant to join a leading FMCG, manufacturing, company.

This is a B2B contract role requiring hands-on expertise in OMP Demand and Supply Planning with a focus on implementation and configuration.

🔹 Role Duration: 2+ months (extendable)

🔹 Location: Hybrid – Warsaw (office visits required) or Remote (EU-based candidates must travel twice every three months to Warsaw, Germany, or Switzerland)

🔹 Language: English

🔹 Work Schedule: 8 hours/day,

🔹 Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on experience with OMP Demand and Supply Planning

Configure and customize OMP - OPR module (MPS, DPS, DRP)

Set up Solvers, ADM rules, and dispatchers

Understand business requirements & pain points, delivering effective solutions

Prepare and present solutions to clients, leadership, and executive audiences

Maintain 100% integrity of business processes & data

Act as a functional liaison between stakeholders, project managers, and customers

Key Requirements

🔹 8-10 years of IT experience, with 3-5 years of hands-on OMP implementation (not just support or system integration)

🔹 Strong Supply Chain Planning domain knowledge (certifications preferred)

🔹 Experience in configuring and deploying OMP modules, not just end-user support

🔹 Expertise in master & transactional data for demand and supply planning

🔹 Ability to develop, test, and integrate functional specifications

🔹 Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP APO (a plus)
