We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join a leading financial institution, recognized for its strong market presence and innovation. This role requires hands-on development, customization, and implementation expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Location: Wroclaw, Poland (Hybrid)

Industry: Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Customer Engagement, Customer Service, and Sales.
• Utilize Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure to enhance D365 functionality.
• Develop custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, SharePoint Form Apps).
• Work with Microsoft Dataverse for data management and integration.
• Create and optimize business processes and custom connectors using Microsoft Flow.
• Develop plugins, workflows, and extensions using C#, JavaScript, and XRMToolbox.
• Leverage Power BI for data visualization and reporting (preferred).
• Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and data model best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer.
• Proven experience working in a technical role with business users or end-users.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (PL-200, PL-400, Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) are a plus.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Strong .NET development skills, including C# and JavaScript.
• Experience with PowerApps model development and custom UI components.
• Ability to design and develop solutions using Power Virtual Agent and AI Builder.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Azure integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
