Linux Level 3 Administrator (HX)

We are seeking an experienced Linux Level 3 Administrator to provide high-level L3 support like (incidents, service requests, and changes) while ensuring SLAs are met. ⏳ Duration: 3–6 months (with possible extension)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L3 support for Linux infrastructure, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents.

Deploy, configure, and manage Linux systems according to best practices.

Manage and maintain Kubernetes deployments.

Develop and maintain Ansible frameworks for automation.

Ensure adherence to ITIL / Agile processes, including Incident & Change Management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation and deployment strategies.

Participate in Service Acceptance duties to ensure supportability of new solutions.

Provide documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Support internal and external projects as required.

Work with multiple customers on different technology implementations.

Participate in on-call support rotation and be available for overtime if required.

Required Skills & Experience:

✔️ Linux System Administration (RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu, Debian).

✔️ Configuration Management & Automation:

• Red Hat Satellite / Uyuni
• Python, Java, Shell scripting
• Ansible, GitLab, Terraform
• ✔️ Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• ✔️ Middleware/Web Servers: Apache, Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB, RabbitMQ, Memcached, HAProxy.
• ✔️ Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis for complex incidents.
• ✔️ Understanding of ITIL / Agile Service Management fundamentals.
• ✔️ Familiarity with IT process tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is beneficial.
• ✔️ Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• ✔️ Experience working in a managed services environment is a plus.
• ✔️ Ability to work independently and within a remote/multilingual team.

Qualifications & Certifications:

Graduate in Engineering or related field OR

RHEL Certified Administrator OR

6+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator.
