Lead Java Software Engineer – GCP & AI | Remote from Poland

Dear Consultant,

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with a strong Java background to drive the design and delivery of scalable cloud-based applications. You’ll lead development efforts, mentor engineers, and contribute to cloud-native architecture in a modern GCP environment.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on Java programming experience

• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud toolsets

• Experience leading technical teams or projects

• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies

• Self-organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Microservices, CI/CD pipelines, API integration experience
