Lakehouse Engineer - Onsite Warsaw or Dublin

We are seeking a Lakehouse Engineer to design and build scalable AWS-based data lake solutions.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AWS-based data lake solutions

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and PySpark

• Work with Apache Iceberg for lakehouse architecture

• Develop and manage workflows using MWAA / orchestration tools

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Terraform (IaC)

• Ensure data quality, data security, and governance standards

• Work with AWS services including IAM, Lambda, EKS, S3, EMR, MWAA

• Support data ingestion and processing frameworks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of data platforms

 Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in AWS Data Lake Engineering

• Hands-on experience with AWS services (IAM, Lambda, EKS, S3, EMR, MWAA)

• Experience with Apache Iceberg

• Strong programming experience in Python

• Experience with PySpark

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

• Strong understanding of data quality and data security

• Experience with workflow orchestration
