Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, build, and enhance enterprise-level solutions. This position involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and ensuring high standards of performance, security, and quality across SharePoint-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Architect and develop robust SharePoint solutions aligned with business requirements

• Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical direction and oversight

• Convert functional and technical requirements into scalable system designs

• Improve applications with a focus on performance optimization, security, and maintainability

• Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and proof-of-concept solutions

• Estimate development timelines and recommend appropriate technical approaches

• Support the full project lifecycle including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and change management

• Perform solution validation and contribute to testing strategy and tooling

• Provide second- and third-level technical support

• Oversee configuration management and coordinate software releases

Required Expertise and Technical Skills

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions using SharePoint

• Participation in at least one full end-to-end software delivery lifecycle

• Solid understanding of multi-layered architecture (data, business logic, and presentation layers)

• Ability to model and design systems using UML

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments

• Proven capability to guide and coordinate technical teams

• Excellent technical documentation and analytical problem-solving skills

• Practical experience with Angular and .NET technologies

• Background in developing SharePoint-based platforms supporting collaboration, workflows, document management, and knowledge management

• Experience implementing ICT solutions that support business process design and automation
