💰 Rate: 1.300 PLN/day (B2B)

🕗 Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (Poland time)

🌐 Languages: English (required), Polish (a strong plus)

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and support a complex Kafka Cluster setup – including configuration, replication, upgrades, performance tuning, and ongoing maintenance
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Ansible
• Implement security modules using Java and shell scripting
• Build and support robust integrations using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka Producers/Consumers
• Monitor system performance and perform proactive tuning
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable Kafka services
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across the Kafka environment
• Communicate effectively in English; Polish language skills are a great advantage

🧠 You’ll Need:

• 8–12 years of professional experience in software development
• Deep, hands-on experience in:
• Kafka Integration and advanced cluster management
• Java, Spring Boot, and Web Services (REST/SOAP)
• Ansible for CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Shell scripting for implementation of security features
• Strong understanding of systems monitoring and performance analytics
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage workload independently
