Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead the IT support team and oversee L1, L2, and L3 support tickets.
✔ Manage stakeholder relationships and provide weekly & monthly reports.
✔ Ensure incident resolution, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
✔ Implement ITIL processes and drive operational improvements.
✔ Provide technical support for Java, J2EE, and Oracle-based applications.
✔ Work closely with business users, requiring proficiency in Polish and English.
✔ Handle risk management & escalations, ensuring a seamless IT support process.
Must-Have Skills:
✅ Java, J2EE, Oracle expertise
✅ Strong team leadership & stakeholder management
✅ Experience in IT support (L1, L2, L3)
✅ ITIL knowledge and process implementation experience
✅ Disaster recovery & business continuity planning
✅ Proficiency in Polish & English
Nice-to-Have Skills:
➕ Experience with MS SQL
➕ Knowledge of risk management & escalation handling
