Java Full Stack Developer with Python

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python to join a leading company in the payments industry. You will be a key player in developing and maintaining scalable and efficient applications.

Location: Hybrid working – 2 days from Warsaw, 3 days remote

Rate: 1.100 -1.200 PLN/day on B2B

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, Angular/React, and Python.
• Implement cloud technologies (Kubernetes) to deploy, scale, and manage applications efficiently.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical issues effectively using root-cause analysis.
• Work with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and log management tools (Splunk) to manage issues and resolve incidents.
• Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from design to deployment.
• Engage in the design and development of RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Maintain a strong understanding of security requirements, performance tuning, and scalability needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of professional experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, Angular/React, and Python.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes/Cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and Splunk for issue tracking and log management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work with distributed global teams.
