Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and co-create the vision for Remote Workspace development

• Review existing scope statements and RFP documentation

• Participate in evaluation of vendor proposals

• Contribute to defining RFPs for implementation partners and evaluating proposals

• Take ownership of the future platform solution

• Lead the design of PoC setup and final solution architecture in collaboration with relevant teams

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements

• Manage service delivery and SLA execution with vendors

• Oversee license and contract management

• Develop and monitor key performance metrics for platform effectiveness

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements

• Act as the Platform Owner for the Remote Workspace solution

Required Experience

• Experience working with VDI in cloud environments

• Ability to contribute to platform vision and solution development

• Experience evaluating cloud vendor proposals

• Experience leading PoC design and final solution setup

• Strong understanding of cloud-based VDI solutions and platforms

• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations

• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for cloud solutions

• Strong technical leadership and solution ownership experience

• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

• Ability to drive platform ownership and strategic direction

• Comfortable working in hybrid delivery environments
