We are seeking an experienced GenAI Developer to join our multinational client dynamic team in a hybrid setup in Warsaw.

Our client is a global leader in the insurance industry, focusing on leveraging cutting-edge technology to redefine conversational AI and AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Conversational AI solutions utilizing Generative AI (GenAI) and WeGA features.
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI models using Hugging Face Transformers and other advanced frameworks.
• Create dynamic interface classes, middleware, and plugins to support AI integrations.
• Develop and maintain SDKs for developers to consume AI functionalities.
• Leverage tools like LangChain (v0.2 & v0.3) and LangGraph for robust AI agent development.
• Apply Explainable AI (XAI) methodologies to ensure transparency and interpretability of AI systems.
• Implement model parallelism for optimal performance in distributed environments.
• Evaluate and validate AI/ML system metrics for continuous improvement.
• Build and optimize ReAct (Reasoning & Acting) agents for seamless decision-making processes.

Key Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• Hugging Face Transformers: 3+ years
• LangChain (v0.2 & v0.3): 1+ year
• LangGraph: 1+ year
• PyTorch/TensorFlow: 2+ years
• Model Parallelism: Proven expertise
• Explainable AI (XAI): 1+ year experience with methods and processes

Good-to-Have Skills:

• OPEA (Open Prompt Engineering Approaches)
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML libraries and toolkits
• Experience in fine-tuning Generative AI models
• Familiarity with building scalable Conversational AI systems
