Detailed description of work task to be carried out:

• Add knowledge and support Architecture team to improve.
• Draw on existing architectures and technology standards to determine feasible options.
• Help reduce complexity through reuse of solutions and components.
• Drive design decisions for the the solution architecture and document the result.
• Interact with build teams to ensure the architecture is communicated properly.
• Interact with the wider architecture community to facilitate alignment and learning.
• Work with systematic documentation in Architecture Tools.
• Work closely with stakeholders in Consumer Finance area.

Location: Gdynia, Poland (Hybrid)

Description of knowledge and experience

The profile is for an IT Architect - Expert, which comes with a requirement of: 10+ years of experience with IT Architecture. 3+ years as Senior IT Architect.

Knowledge and skills:

1. Excellent communication skills in English - to facilitate close cooperation with stakeholders and fellow architects and to enable solution design handover to international teams of developers.

2. Solution design through detailed process and system diagrams and data modelling.

3. Ability to translate business requirements to architectural concepts, especially in financial services, i.e. Retail Banking

4. Knowledge of process automation platforms: specifically Pega

5. Knowledge of frontend to backend integration patterns

6. Knowledge of integration frameworks: REST, CL Kafka

7. Knowledge of microservices and micro web apps.

8. Knowledge of application frameworks e.g. Angular, React

9. Experience in working in agile methodology (SAFe)
