DevOps Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps GCP Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-based solutions, specifically in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will work with cutting-edge technologies in the travel industry, using your expertise in DevOps practices and cloud environments to deliver high-quality solutions.

Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid)

Rate: 1200-1350 PLN per day (max)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a Senior Developer with experience in DevOps or programming.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
• Utilize CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins to streamline development pipelines.
• Work with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and automate infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Write and maintain scripts for system automation and orchestration.
• Manage and deploy code using Maven and Git.
• Utilize JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
• Adapt and learn new business knowledge, especially in the airlines industry.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with cloud technologies (AWS or GCP).
• Proven experience in DevOps roles, including CI/CD tools and containerization technologies.
• Solid knowledge of Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, and Git.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation.
• User knowledge of JIRA for project management and task tracking.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new business environments, particularly in the travel/airlines industry.
