Delivery Head (US Region) (min 1 day a month Onsite Poland)

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Head for a global client, to own and lead delivery operations for the US region, working from Poland. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality execution, client satisfaction, and financial performance across globally distributed delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Delivery Ownership

• Own end-to-end delivery governance for US client engagements

• Ensure adherence to global delivery standards and best practices

• Act as senior escalation point for delivery-related topics

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build trusted relationships with US-based client leadership

• Provide regular delivery updates, risk management, and value-added insights

• Partner with account leadership on cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Operational Excellence

• Drive delivery KPIs, quality metrics, and continuous improvement

• Ensure predictable delivery and high customer satisfaction

• Resolve escalations effectively across distributed teams

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams

• Foster accountability, ownership, and collaboration across regions

Financial Accountability

• Own delivery budgets, forecasts, and regional profitability

✅ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT services delivery

• 5+ years in senior delivery leadership roles (Delivery Head / Delivery Director)

• Proven experience delivering large-scale programs for US clients

• Strong experience managing offshore / nearshore global delivery models

• Willingness to work from Poland (Min 1 day a month)

• Polish language proficiency (spoken & written)

• Fluent English (spoken & written)
