Delivery Head (MEA Region)- Polish based

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Head to lead and oversee delivery operations for the MEA region, working from Poland. This senior leadership role is responsible for delivery governance, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance across multiple service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Delivery Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery governance for the MEA region

• Ensure adherence to global delivery standards and best practices

• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery-related topics

Client Engagement & Growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership in the MEA region

• Provide regular delivery updates, risk management, and value-added insights

• Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives with account leadership

Operational Excellence

• Drive delivery KPIs, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure predictable delivery and high customer satisfaction

• Manage and resolve escalations across complex delivery landscapes

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation

Financial Accountability

• Own delivery budgets, forecasts, and profitability for the MEA region

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT services delivery

• 5+ years in senior delivery leadership roles (Delivery Head / Delivery Director / Service Delivery Director)

• Proven experience managing large-scale delivery programs

• Strong experience with offshore delivery for MEA clients

• Good understanding of MEA regional and cultural specifics

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• High ownership mindset, customer-focused, team-oriented

• Fluent English and Polish (spoken & written)

• Willingness to work from Poland

• Valid EU work authorization / work permit for Poland required
