Project Overview
You’ll be working on enhancing an internal Data Analytics platform that powers data-driven decision-making across the organization.
As a Data Engineer, you’ll be hands-on across the full data lifecycle — from ingestion and transformation to building self-service data models for analytics users. The environment is modern, cloud-based, and heavily focused on Snowflake and Azure.

Your Responsibilities
Design and build scalable, efficient, and fault-tolerant data solutions using Azure and Snowflake
Develop and optimize data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
Collaborate with Product Owner and Tech Lead to deliver business-critical use cases
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Ensure platform performance, security, and monitoring standards are met
Contribute to building self-service data models for analytics users
Must-Have Requirements
4+ years of experience in Data Engineering in production environments
Strong SQL skills with focus on performance and optimization
Experience building cloud-based data platforms
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes
Hands-on experience with Snowflake (including SnowSQL)
Familiarity with CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps) and Git
Experience working in Agile environments
Programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience using AI-powered developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like Fivetran, dbt, Azure Data Factory, or Matillion
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot)
Data modeling experience
Background in financial services
Azure certification
Knowledge of data governance, quality, and security
Experience using GenAI in software development workflows
Interest in AI-driven engineering practices (automation, agent-based workflows)
Snowflake certification
